    Middle and High School Training Sessions

    Small group training sessions are 3 hours long and run over the course the Fall Semester. Athletes may register by following the link below. Payment can be made weekly, or all at once. If you would like to pay all at once then please contact Coach Kyle first.

     

    2024 Dates:

     

    Fall Semester Sessions will Happen on the Following Saturdays:

    8:30-11:30am unless otherwise notified

    September 14th, and 28th

    October 19th, and 26th

    November 2nd, 9th, 16th

    December 7th, 14th, and 21st

     

    Cost:

     

    $40 per Session

     

    Please contact Coach Kyle for registration and further details. All athletes must complete and sign a participation waiver prior to the start of their first session.

    Strength Training

    The Weight Room is where throwers are BUILT!!!

    You can get as good as you want, but if you are not taking care of business in the weight room, then you are leaving things on the table!

    Power Throws has a Basic Strength Training plan that will take you from beginner/intermidiate to advanced over the course of 14 weeks!

     

    Cost:

    Full 14 week(3 and a half month) plan- $100

    Individual Phases- $10 per week (Total differs by the phase)
